08/11/2015 · I installed the Seagate Dashboard Installer which came with it. It erased everything in the drive since I would be only using it for a mac and not PC. Everything installed properly and restarted my iMac. For some reason when I activate the Seagate Dashboard the external drive doesn't show up. The drive does show up on my desktop but I cannot drag drop any files to it. I am suppose to use the
